Supreme Knight Carl Anderson recently mailed a very special offer to all members in the United States and Canada between the ages of 18 and 65.

The ''new member plan'' a low-cost permanent life insurance product, is normally available only to new members and their wives when they join the Order. For a limited time in connection with the 125th anniversary of the Order, the plan is being made available to existing members as well.

It carries a basic $50 per year premium for a specific amount of permanent insurance. For example, at age 50, the $50 per year buys $2,148 of insurance protection. (You can purchase twice the coverage amount for $100 per year.) There are a few very basic health questions, and the plan is applied for through the mail. So watch the mail!
